This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify customer needs, recommend optimal lift systems, and deliver value-driven solutions across the lifecycle of production operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identify and implement strategies to attract clients from our competition in the industry with strong understanding of our products, services, and industry developments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, production engineers, and decision-makers Analyze well conditions and production data to recommend suitable artificial lift solutions Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations tailored to customer requirements Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and performance Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and optimization Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies Participate in field visits, wellsite evaluations, and product demonstrations Achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability metrics Resolve client complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Represent company at trade association meetings and other business events. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties and activities assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Conduct all business activities in accordance with Tally's policies and procedures, Code of Conduct and all applicable legal requirements.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of degree Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development and account management. Minimum 5 years of experience in Gas Lift Experience in Plunger lift, Hydraulic lift (jet pump), Capillary and Guage sales is highly preferred. Outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with employees, clients and vendors. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient with statistical analysis and sales software. Proficient in operating all common office equipment, such as multi-line phone, calculator, cell phone, copier, fax, scanner, audio/visual equipment.SKILLS, ABILITIES & WORK STYLE
Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate information that includes technical and non-technical to team members and clients in a clear and concise manner. Capacity to prioritize, organize and manage team activities in a timely and efficient manner. In-depth understanding of clients' needs and capable of providing high value-added solutions. Understanding of fundamentals of budgets, costs control, financial reports. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Demonstrated capacity to make a significant contribution to the company's business success.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires working primarily in an office environment. The employee is frequently required to operate vehicles, drive long distances, or travel by airplane to and from company and client locations that include overnight stays.
