Job Description St. John's, Georgetown seeks a joyful, collaborative, and pastorally grounded Associate Rector to share in the leadership and ministry of a thriving and evolving parish. Working closely with the Rector and staff, the Associate Rector will help nurture a vibrant, welcoming community rooted in worship, shared ministry, and faithful engagement with the world. The Associate Rector shares fully in the worship, pastoral, and leadership life of the parish, with particular emphasis in the areas of congregational vitality, Christian formation, and parish integration.
