In this AT&T Wireless Associate role you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and presenting AT&T solutions that align with both personal and business goals. The AT&T Wireless Associate can expect to spend your day meeting with new and existing customers, managing multiple sales conversations, and closing transactions in a fast-paced environment. The AT&T Wireless Associate role involves strong communication skills, confidence in selling, and the ability to adapt your approach to different customer and business situations.

AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:

Work and meet directly with customers and businesses to educate them on services that are available to them for a potential faster speed and smaller cost Sell AT&T wireless plans, devices, internet services based on the product knowledge provided and service offerings Identify customer and business needs to deliver tailored solutions by actively listening Close sales orders and create a successful customer experience Stay informed on AT&T promotions, product updates, and market trends to promote to customers Work with team members to enhance skills and develop into more leadership responsibilities within the company

AT&T Wireless Associate Skills & Qualifications:

Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred (not required) Confidence in presenting products and closing sales Interest in technology, wireless solutions, and business services Ability to work independently and within a team environment Organized and detail oriented Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Bilingual in

$52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
