Responsibilities Engage with customers in a field settings to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Manage territory accounts by developing relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining ongoing account management. Lead generation through cold calling, B2B outreach, and networking to expand the customer base and increase market penetration. Negotiate pricing, service plans, and contract terms to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and territory management plans to meet or exceed targets. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on technology or telecommunications products. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and business development activities independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for lead generation, account management, and sales analysis. Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences. Skilled in inside sales techniques such as cold calling, direct sales approaches, and upselling strategies. Analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales tactics.
