Job Description

This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who takes pride in doing important work with precision, consistency, and care. As a Manufacturing Associate I in Drug Substance Operations, you will produce mRNA drug substance in a highly controlled, regulated GMP environment. The work is technical, disciplined, and team-driven—calling for individuals who can stay focused, follow through, and bring a high standard to routine execution every day. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you must bring a mindset to learn quickly, stay curious, work carefully, and take ownership of delivering high-quality work that directly impacts patients.
Qualifications:
What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in a STEM field with 0-1 years of relevant industry experience OR Associate s degree with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
Skills & Mindset:
Experience in manufacturing, operations, biopharma, life sciences, or other regulated/technical environments is helpful. Interest in a structured, digital-forward advanced biomanufacturing environment. Comfort working in a cleanroom environment, wearing required gowning, and closely following defined procedures. Solid attention to detail with a disciplined, consistent approach to execution. Excellent focus, accountability, team-first mindset, and professional judgment. Confidence to speak up early, escalate issues appropriately, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
