It will be the primary responsibility of the Enterprise Services Associate to perform a wide range of warehouse functions, picking, configuring, packing, shipping, loading/unloading deliveries, moving product to various locations, activating/deactivating sim cards and more. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual capable of working under the pressure of precise deadlines and has a comprehensive understanding of warehousing and logistics operations, continuous process improvement, Microsoft Office, as well as standard mobile device knowledge. Utilizing digital inventory management software and technical procedures to ensure on-time shipments and consistent inventory stock levels, the Enterprise Services Associate will also use specialized equipment and software to receive returned devices, assess their condition, and accurately document their condition into technical databases. Full time hourly, W2 position
Responsibilities:
Utilize technical tools and systems for mobile device staging and provisioning. Utilize digital inventory management software and technical procedures to ensure on-time shipments and consistent inventory stock levels. Use specialized equipment and software to receive returned devices, assess their condition, and accurately document their condition into technical databases. Prepares boxes for outbound shipments (packing, labeling, scanning, etc.) Checks and inspects inbound shipments for accuracy (quantity, condition, etc.). Updates inbound/outbound tracking details daily. Loading, unloading, and picking, as required. Check, inspect, and log data into the appropriate inventory systems to reflect the quantity and condition of merchandise shipped and received. Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments. Review and handle assigned orders; carefully prepare and package orders for pickup/drop-off. Support department efforts for accurate order fulfillment minimizing issues, complaints, and errors. Assist team members in organizing the warehouse. Performs additional related duties as needed. Employees will be required to adhere to NEXA's information security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED At least one year of pick, pack, and ship of technical devices or related experience Team player with excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish preferred Sense of urgency and critical thinking skills Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability for detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to lift 30lbs Nice to have: Experience in LEAN manufacturing Knowledge of computers and smartphones preferred Knowledge of Android operating system preferred Enterprise Services Associate
