Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Total Wireless Sales Representative and become a vital part of delivering exceptional wireless solutions to our customers! In this energetic role, you will drive sales growth through proactive outreach, personalized customer interactions, and strategic territory management. This role provides an hourly rate and uncapped commission discounts on services , accessories and products. Duties Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including outbound calling of our book of business , to generate new opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to help customers make informed decisions. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop marketing plans to expand market reach and increase lead generation within assigned territories. Negotiate terms with clients, close sales, and ensure seamless onboarding of new customers through direct sales channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that boost product awareness and drive retail sales. Skills Proven experience in sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on technology products. Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills to build rapport and close deals effectively. Ability to perform product demos confidently while upselling complementary services or upgrades. Knowledge of marketing strategies and territory sales tactics to maximize outreach efforts.
