Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage client accounts, and develop new business opportunities across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and experience with B2B sales, territory management. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through strategic management of territories and fostering long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and conducting product demos to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products/services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and targeted marketing efforts. Conduct negotiations with clients to close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins. Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits tailored to client needs. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory management and account management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer consultations. Ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking strategies. Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to business development initiatives. Experience with technology or retail sales is a plus. Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
