Job Description
Highshore Florida is expanding its Frontier campaign throughout the Tampa area and is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Wireless Solutions Associate. This full-time, onsite opportunity is designed for people who enjoy solving problems, learning new technology, and helping customers make informed decisions about the services they use every day. As a Wireless Solutions Associate, you'll work directly with residential customers to evaluate their connectivity needs, explain available Frontier services, and recommend solutions that fit their household goals. Every Wireless Solutions Associate plays an important role in helping customers navigate their options while contributing to overall sales performance and campaign growth.
