AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:

Listen attentively to customer and business owners inquiries to provide accurate information about AT&T's products and services Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues and guide customers in using their devices Build strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process

AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
