Avanos Medical seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead digital solutions that accelerate growth across its global medtech portfolio. In this role, you will define and execute a technology roadmap that empowers sales, marketing, and commercial operations, focusing on CRM, analytics, and digital engagement platforms. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives, manage vendors, and ensure secure, compliant systems that support patient-focused outcomes. The role includes leading a small team, championing data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in commercial technology capabilities. Responsibilities Define and own the commercial technology and innovation roadmap for sales, marketing, and commercial operations Lead implementation and optimization of CRM and digital engagement platforms Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize and deliver high-impact technology initiatives Oversee data integration, analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making Manage external technology vendors and solution partners, ensuring performance and value Ensure systems meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in a healthcare context Lead and develop a small team of technology and product specialists Drive continuous improvement, experimentation, and adoption of innovative commercial tools Align technology investments with business goals and patient-focused outcomes Monitor performance metrics and communicate results to senior leadership Required Skills CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Marketing automation tools Business intelligence and analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Data integration and ETL concepts Project and program management Product management for digital solutions Vendor and stakeholder management Knowledge of healthcare/medtech regulatory environment Data governance and security best practices Change management and user adoption strategies
