Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Core Functional Skills Requirements gathering with business SMEs (Metering, Billing, Field Ops). Business process mapping (As Is / To Be), gap analysis, solution blueprinting. Creation of BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Process Flows, Data Mapping. Leads UAT planning, test case validation, business sign-offs. Provides SME guidance during integration, testing, and deployment.
