Job Description

Join Our Team! Are you passionate about technology, love helping people, and enjoy working in a sales environment? We're looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing Total Wireless team!
What You'll Do:
Assist customers with wireless plans, phones, accessories, and account services Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience Meet and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and relationship building Activate new lines, process upgrades, transfers, and device troubleshooting Educate customers on Total Wireless products, promotions, and services Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Outside business development helping build brand awareness
What We're Looking For:
✅ Fluent in both English and Spanish ✅ Previous wireless or cell phone sales experience preferred ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills ✅ Goal-oriented with a positive attitude ✅ Comfortable learning new technology and systems ✅ Reliable, professional, and team-focused Why Join Us?
