You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As an Associate Technician W2 with Insight, you will perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
• Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.
• Help with the installation and updating of software applications.
• Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.
