Manage customer accounts using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up actions efficiently. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product development and business expansion. Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical specifications and value propositions. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or nutritional sectors involving amino acids or related compounds. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management to grow existing client relationships and acquire new customers. Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales practices to effectively promote products in competitive markets. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities and customer data. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
