Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will drive business growth through proactive outside sales efforts, manage key accounts, and develop new customer relationships. Your passion for technology sales and customer service will help us expand our market presence and deliver outstanding solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management. Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, upselling, and providing exceptional service. Conduct product demos and technical presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Develop strategic business plans for territory growth, including market analysis and competitor research. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to perform product demonstrations and technical sales presentations confidently. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. Demonstrated analysis skills for market research and strategic planning.
