You will partner directly with Fusion Sales Specialists across customer segments to run deep discovery, validate requirements, design workflows, build compelling demonstrations, and secure technical closure. You will also work closely with implementation partners to ensure every opportunity is scoped correctly, technically sound, and aligned to a realistic deployment path. Your impact is directly tied to revenue, and you will carry a quota aligned to Fusion sales in your region.

Responsibilities:
Work alongside Sales as the ultimate product expert. Thoroughly understand all aspects of Fusion Industry Cloud in order to explain the technology to all types of users.

Develop and manage deep relationships with customers to drive adoption of FusionUnderstand key aspects of our customers' business needs and be able to apply Autodesk technologies to drive improvementRepresent Autodesk and its leading customers through the delivery of articles, presentations, demonstrationsLeverage modern communication channels (blogs, social media, etc.) as required to communicate to customers and with the wider design and development communityDeliver feedback to marketing & product development to drive improvements in our offerings and strategy
Requirements:
Strong Design background, ideally in field of Consumer Products and/or Industrial machineryExperience with 3D Design software... eg. Solidworks, Pro Engineer/Creo, NX, SimulationExperience utilizing and leveraging PLM tools to enhance collaboration for NPIExceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong persuasion, organization and relationship building skillsExceptional communication and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business leaders, designers, engineers, and machinists. You'll need to be a great story-teller and effortlessly adapt your communication style depending on the audience.

Experience as an Application or Sales EngineerAbility to handle multiple time-sensitive projects at once and be at ease leading and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Strong training, mentoring, and support backgroundHighly motivated with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with designCreativity, fresh thinking and a willingness to learnAn ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts in simply understood termsExperience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $126,200 and $226,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
