Job Description

Associate Director -Pre-Employment Transition Services New Horizons is looking for an Associate Director to oversee the employees in the schools in 16 counties that New Horizons serves. This is a field-based leadership role. The Associate Director will regularly travel throughout Southeast Indiana to visit schools, meet with Career Coaches and Pre-ETS staff, and build relationships with school partners, students, families, employers, and community organizations. This position is expected to be visible and engaged in the communities we serve and is not primarily office-based. Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with NHR policy. The Associate Director will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and able to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
