Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and drive success through exceptional customer engagement and expert vehicle knowledge! Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate vehicles' features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective buyers, emphasizing high-end sales opportunities Negotiate terms, pricing, and financing options to close deals that meet both customer needs and dealership goals Manage inventory control by staying informed about available models, features, and promotions to upsell effectively Maintain detailed records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions and follow-ups Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach efforts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to final delivery Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of inventory management and inventory control processes Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly through effective communication and phone etiquette Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or outbound sales environments Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and retail math for accurate deal calculations and inventory tracking Experience in dealership operations or automobile sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential Outstanding public speaking skills to confidently present vehicles at events or promotional activities High energy, motivation, and a proactive attitude to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities Join us if you're passionate about automobiles, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
