Job Description
Partner with the Global IT team and site representatives to understand business needs. Create Production Procedures using Rockwell PMX tool. Test the Production Procedures in EBR using HP ALM tool. Conduct Process meetings with Business Team. Identify and implement technical requirements. Evaluate and translate functional requirements into technical requirements. Resolve technical issues via break-fix testing. Produce and maintain project documentation. Exchange technical information with colleagues. Support end user training and procedures. Assure technology deliverables adhere to policies.
