This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, technically minded, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is more about accuracy, problem-solving, and aptitude than formal engineering experience. Training will be provided on the job. What You'll Do Build quote packages for new harness opportunities Enter and maintain harness data in company systems Review schematics and translate information into accurate entries and documentation Develop and maintain BOMs, WOBOMs, and related documents Follow prototype harnesses through the manufacturing process Help troubleshoot build, documentation, and production issues Support testing, prototype, and first article activities Provide technical support to manufacturing and related departments The right candidate may also grow into additional responsibilities, including developing harness test plans using Company test jigs and software. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with data, systems, and technical information Ability to read and interpret schematics is a plus Familiarity with BOMs, WOBOMs, connectors, terminals, and wiring harness components is helpful but not required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Engineering or technical manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to work on-site Benefits Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Referral program Work Location In person If you are highly detail-oriented, learn quickly, and want an opportunity to grow in a technical manufacturing support role, we encourage you to apply.
