This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, technically minded, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is more about accuracy, problem-solving, and aptitude than formal engineering experience. Training will be provided on the job. What You'll Do Build quote packages for new harness opportunities Enter and maintain harness data in company systems Review schematics and translate information into accurate entries and documentation Develop and maintain BOMs, WOBOMs, and related documents Follow prototype harnesses through the manufacturing process Help troubleshoot build, documentation, and production issues Support testing, prototype, and first article activities Provide technical support to manufacturing and related departments The right candidate may also grow into additional responsibilities, including developing harness test plans using Company test jigs and software.
