Job Description

NBM, Inc. is looking for a Network Sales Representative to join our fastest growing division within the company, the Managed Network division team. The candidate must be a self-starter, with the desire to learn, collaborate, and grow net new customers. The successful candidate will embrace, understand, and have experience with technology, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. The Network Sales Representative will be required to prospect, set appointments, conduct network assessments, manage their pipeline, and grow the division.
Responsibilities and qualifications will include:
Experience in hunting, prospecting, and new account development; Update prospect and client data in our CRM (experience with Hubspot a plus); Consult with prospective and current IT customers to make recommendations about technology and solutions to meet customers' business needs; Maintain ongoing knowledge of our technology solutions and service offerings, and the latest technology trends; Identify and hone network and referral opportunities; Conduct regular business reviews with existing IT customers, uncovering new opportunities for additional IT solutions; Conduct meetings with prospects to demonstrate the features and benefits of our IT services and solutions; Collaborate with technical staff to create, present, and refine detailed proposals with technology solutions that will meet the client's needs; Identify, develop and apply sales strategies to grow market share; and Maintain long-term mutually beneficial customer relationships. The Network Sales Representative's qualifications will include: Sales experience in selling outsourced/managed IT services and solutions preferred but will consider candidates with the right skill set and sales experience in different industry. This is not a software sales job; Articulate, professional, and well-spoken in client-facing situations; Strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as ability in selling to the close; Knowledge in Microsoft-based products, network firewalls, backup and disaster recovery solutions, cybersecurity solutions, and/or network infrastructure a plus; Bachelor's Degree; and Valid license. Salary is commensurate with experience, and is made up of base salary plus draw on commission. Starting base salary is $50,000 with a draw on commissions in the amount of $50,000 during the first year.
