Next Chapter Marketing, a sales and business consulting firm, is hiring an AT&T Representative to support in‑store wireless consultations across the greater Boston area. The AT&T Representative will assist shoppers in choosing AT&T smartphones and wireless plans, ensuring each interaction reflects the reliability of the AT&T 5G+ network. As an AT&T Representative, you will address customer questions and concerns in person, finding solutions that meet their wireless needs. The AT&T Representative turns potential problems into positive experiences by offering the right plan or device. Your ability to resolve issues as an AT&T Representative strengthens customer relationships, which is fundamental to sustaining a healthy sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Engage retail shoppers in-person, presenting AT&T wireless devices as the premier choice. Showcase AI‑powered 5G+ smartphones and wireless products, linking advanced features to account upgrades. Guide customers through upgrades and trade‑ins, ensuring smooth account transitions. Analyze in‑store traffic to tailor promotions, driving account conversions in Harrisburg. Explain unlimited 5G+ benefits, reinforcing account value for professional and personal use. Deliver expert troubleshooting, securing customer confidence and long‑term account retention. Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED required. Experience in account management or retail sales, consistently surpassing quotas and account enrollment goals. Strong communication skills, able to position AT&T 5G+ smartphones and wireless plans against competitors with persuasive clarity. Highly disciplined in meeting daily outreach and closing targets, ensuring measurable growth in AT&T's retail adoption.
