Job Description

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Drive sales by actively engaging customers and identifying their wireless needs Sell smartphones, wireless plans, upgrades, and accessories Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Demonstrate product features and explain wireless plan benefits clearly Maintain store merchandising, inventory, and visual standards Stay updated on promotions, pricing, and new wireless technologies
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of wireless industry experience (REQUIRED) Background in retail sales, wireless sales, mobile devices, or telecom Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, upselling, and closing skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$15-$16/hour base pay Uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more) Performance-based incentives & bonuses
