Axispoint Business Development is redefining what a AT&T Wireless Associate career looks like. We are expanding our team in the Dearborn area and need a AT&T Wireless Associate to support AT&T Fiber. Our specialty is community engagement, taking the hassle out of internet shopping by bringing the solutions directly to the residents. As an AT&T Wireless Associate, your career foundation starts with training in brand and lead qualification. The AT&T Wireless Associate spends time in different training environments, introducing AT&T Fiber to communities and clients. Core Functions of the AT&T Wireless Associate Engage with local residents to introduce AT&T Fiber services available in the area Provide friendly and informative explanations about service options and availability Help interested customers schedule account setup or speak with a team specialist Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up needs Work with team members and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience Participate in ongoing training to develop communication and professional skills Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Wireless Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in marketing or communication is helpful but not required. Preferred Skills for the AT&T Wireless Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional setting Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized and reliable
