A Technical Sales Specialist sells technology products or services for a company and provides specialized technical assistance for customers. May assist with product installation, training for users, maintenance and repairs or upgrades. May travel within a sales district or region to meet with business customers and maintain technology products or service contracts.
204 day contract + 6 paid holidays Salary range : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, Auxiliary Group Agreement Benefits include health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and Earned Safe and Sick Leave (ESST).
Job Summary :
Manage the day-to-day flow of the technology department offices with an emphasis on the helpdesk system, audio/video, and other Tier 1 troubleshooting. Assisting staff and students with technology needs as well as device/equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair processing. Qualifications :
