New Brighton, MN 55112 Job Description We are seeking a MES Application Technician to help create, deploy, and maintain manufacturing applications using the Tulip MES platform. This role works closely with operators, engineers, and IT to digitize shop‑floor processes such as work instructions, quality checks, traceability, and production data collection. Required Qualifications Technical & Manufacturing Skills 1-3 years of experience in: O Manufacturing operations o Production support o Technical systems, automation, or IT support in a factory environment Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (assembly, inspection, production flow) Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills Comfort working with computers, tablets, and software tools Education High School Diploma or GED required Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience strongly preferred, such as: o Manufacturing or Engineering Technology o Industrial or Mechanical Technology o Mechatronics or Automation Information Technology o Digital Manufacturing or similar trade/technical programs Relevant shop‑floor and technical experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Qualifications Exposure to Tulip, MES, or other low‑code platforms (PowerApps, Ignition, Mendix, etc.) Basic programming or scripting experience (C++, JavaScript, Jason, Python, SQL, VBA) Familiarity with: O REST APIs or data integration o ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
