Data Associate NCM Associates - 3.6 Kansas City, MO Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Productivity software 10 key typing Full Job Description This entry level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in Data Services, offering both training and hands on experience. The Data Associate is responsible for accurately entering, processing, and validating financial statement data across multiple production applications. This role helps ensure data integrity across NCM platforms by working within keypunch queues, edit queues, upload queues, OEM transmissions, and various reporting and production applications. Key Responsibilities Financial Statement Processing Accurately enter financial statements from the keypunch queue. Review and clear financial statements from the edit queue in a timely manner. Data Workflow and Systems Knowledge Maintain working knowledge of OEM transmissions and related processes. Understand .txt file workflows and queue management. Manage FS Fax workflows and associated queues. Navigate and utilize the Requests file effectively. Apply knowledge of client adjustments and their downstream impact. Maintain high-level familiarity with Greenbooks and specialized reporting forms. Understand the purpose and creation of sample data. Support and understand Data Services responsibilities related to NCMi. Use and interpret the DP Dashboard effectively. Navigate FSLogin Group and Member screens with confidence. Platform and Application Proficiency Use Salesforce as the CRM platform for sales and billing activities. Work within WinMaster to support production processes. Submit and track support tickets in Jira. Use the Member Website for data lookup and research. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred; however, requirements may be satisfied with equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years related work or industry experience. Knowledge of CRM/databases. Knowledge of financial statements from automotive manufacturers. Knowledge of composite/product formula files (programming code). Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel functions. Ten-key experience. Strong time management skills. Superior ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrates effectiveness in working with multi-functional teams in a technical production environment. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources. Strong communication skills. Superior customer service skills. Demonstrate initiative; be a self-starter. Professional, enthusiastic, and resourceful.
