Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect wireless solutions tailored to their needs. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of various wireless devices and plans. Drive sales and meet monthly targets, contributing to the success of our retail store. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in wireless technology to be a reliable source of information for customers.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving wireless industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required.
