TO KNOW YOUR AREA
Own end-to-end data and specification management for formulation recipes and product release parameters. Drive and follow up internal and external Management of Change activities. Maintain LIMS and related master data systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO
Create new unpacked material and specification numbers for formulations, active ingredients and non-active premixes, and other relevant products and raw material Ensuring data compliance and consistency. Maintain and govern master data in ERP, RIM and LIMS for active ingredients (A.I.), inert materials, technical concentrate (TK), and final pesticide formulations Implement and control specification changes in relevant IT systems Coordinate and execute the Management of Change (MOC) process via the Change Management system (CHAMP) in collaboration with the Specification Management team; contribute to and execute global MOC activities. Support Regulatory (Product Chemistry Managers) in preparing composition statements; verify correctness and ensure specifications meet regulatory requirements. Release new and revised formulation specifications, ensuring they are accurately represented and available in production and business systems. Coordinate with the Master Data team to ensure correct linkage of packed materials (SKUs). Contribute to the FAST team by driving decisions, standardization, and simplification. Support continuous improvement and process optimization for Specification Management and formulation technology (FT) related workflows.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements: Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience; or a Master's degree and 8 years experience; or 15+ years of experience in a relevant scientific discipline. Formulations and quality experience in the chemical/pesticide industry are highly desirable. Lab technician with long experience period. Experience in product specification maintenance in the chemical industry is desirable Good IT skills, especially with common MS Office applications, SAP (or other ERP systems).
