Fully Onsite - Holly Springs, NC Ideal Candidate High school diploma / GED + 1 year of manufacturing and/or other regulated experience Position Overview In this vital role, you will be an Associate Manufacturing in the manufacturing organization at the North Carolina (ANC). The schedule will be shifts (rotating 2-2-3, 12-hour shifts) on night shift rotation from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM. You will be completing operations on the floor in Services area and are responsible for the manufacturing of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) drug substance. With general direction, the Associate Manufacturing will support all floor operations in accordance with cGMP practices. Responsibilities Compliance Completes work in accordance with established cGMP procedures and policies (Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs], Manufacturing Procedures [MPs], Job Hazard Analysis [JHAs], Code of Federal Regulations [CFR]) with strict adherence to safety and compliance. Ensure proper gowning and aseptic techniques are always followed.
Process / Equipment
/ Facilities Perform hands-on operation including set-up, cleaning, sanitization, monitoring of equipment and assigned area. Buffer and Media preparation and transfer. Weigh and dispense of materials to be used in the preparation of Buffers and Medias.
Complete washroom activities:
cleaning equipment, small to large scale, use in production activities. Run and monitor critical process per assigned procedures. Perform documentation for assigned function (i.e., equipment logs, EBRs). Maintain an organized, clean, and workable space. Basic Qualifications High school diploma / GED + 1 year of manufacturing and/or other regulated experience OR Associate's degree Preferred Qualifications Team Player Attention to detail Ability to follow detailed work instructions (SOPs) Self Starter, Motivated, Curious (want to understand the why) Basic Qualifications High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR Associates degree and 6 months work experience OR Bachelors degree Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets ~1 year GMP experience Minimum HS diploma, prefer bachelors or associates Bio Works certificate Day to Day Responsibilities Solution prep and dispensing activities assigned per schedule Possible Extension Yes Red Flags Poor communication Zero industry experience Interview Process 1 Interview with Ryan McMurry
