Some companies talk about culture. We built one. Quantive Management Group is a sales and development firm in Marlton, and Verizon is the cornerstone of everything we do. We're hiring a Wireless Solutions Representative to connect with our customers, promote Verizon products and services through in-person conversations, and grow within our sales team. As a Wireless Solutions Representative, your first skill is not product knowledge; it is reading the room. Some customers want the full walkthrough. Others want the short version and a receipt. The Wireless Solutions Representative also learns to adapt your approach to each customer, present Verizon products, and answer questions without the corporate script. Role Responsibilities of the Wireless Solutions Representative Represent Verizon professionally in person while introducing customers to services that may meet their household or personal needs. Assess each sales opportunity in person by understanding the customer's needs, decision timeline, budget, and openness to reviewing alternatives. Shape a persuasive, customer-specific sales conversation in person by connecting relevant Verizon benefits to those motivations. Explain the recommended option, the verified price, and the applicable terms clearly so customers know what they are considering. Check current offer information and customer eligibility before presenting a promotion or outlining an enrollment option. Respond constructively to questions and concerns, clarify misunderstandings, and invite interested customers to take the next step. Qualities of the Wireless Solutions Representative Results-oriented, tracks progress, and aims for consistent sales achievement. Persistence that follows up thoughtfully and keeps sales opportunities moving forward. Prior Wireless Solutions Representative or Wireless Sales Representative experience is plus. Active listening ability that hears real needs before offering solutions that lead to sales. Resilience and positivity that recover quickly from setbacks and keep momentum going. Skill in asking the right questions to uncover needs and recommend suitable solutions.
