As an Entry Level Verizon Associate, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and introduce them to Verizon's wireless, 5G, home internet, and connected device solutions. This Entry Level Verizon Associate role is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, developing new skills, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. Entry Level Verizon Associate Responsibilities Meet with customers and deliver friendly, professional sales and customer service Promote Verizon wireless, internet, devices, and available services to customers Build sales, communication, and customer service skills through hands-on training Recommend products and solutions based on individual customer needs Assist with new account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information Maintain accurate customer and sales records and transaction documentation Collaborate with other Entry Level Verizon Associates and leadership to meet daily and weekly goals Entry Level Verizon Associate Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior Verizon Associate experience is a plus Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Customer-focused with a professional and approachable attitude If you're ready to gain valuable experience and start building a career in sales, customer service, or telecommunications, apply today!
