As a Sales Representative•Verizon, you will work directly with customers to introduce Verizon products, Verizon FiOS services, Verizon wireless plans, and Verizon connectivity solutions. Our team focuses on creating a strong customer experience while helping individuals and families find the right Verizon services for their daily needs. Responsibilities of the Sales Representative•

Verizon:

Meet with customers to discuss Verizon products and Verizon service options Use consultative sales techniques to recommend Verizon wireless and Verizon FiOS solutions Support customer enrollments, account setup, and Verizon activations Build strong customer relationships through professional sales interactions Educate customers on Verizon promotions, Verizon internet plans, and Verizon device options Maintain accurate records throughout the sales process Collaborate with the team to achieve Verizon sales goals and improve overall sales performance Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with Verizon services and support future sales opportunities Qualifications for the Sales Representative•

Verizon:

Strong communication and customer-focused sales skills Positive attitude and interest in growing within sales and Verizon campaigns Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Motivated to learn Verizon products, Verizon technology, and sales strategies Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required At North Jersey Concepts, we provide hands-on sales training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities to help every Sales Representative•Verizon build confidence, strengthen sales abilities, and grow professionally within the Verizon program.
