Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team for lawn sprinklers! This also includes, lighting, drainage, and minor landscaping. In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our products and services, engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your enthusiasm for business development and customer service will help expand our market presence, generate leads, and close sales across diverse territories. Responsibilities Drive outside sales efforts by actively prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities. Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and expand market share. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective B2B clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Maintain strong account management by nurturing existing customer relationships, upselling relevant products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins; handle objections confidently and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently. Excellent communication skills with expertise in negotiation, customer service, and presentation delivery. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with CRM tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of technology or technical sales environments; ability to demonstrate products effectively. Knowledge of irrigation systems and irrigation products. (Rainbird and Hunter) Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, and direct sales strategies. Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop actionable insights for growth opportunities.
