Join Wellspring to be part of our mission to shape a more sustainable future. Role Description This is a commission-based remote contract role for an Agriculture Packaging Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will identify and engage potential clients in the potato and onion industry, build strong relationships, and promote Wellspring's innovative packaging products including LoadNet Pallet Netting, PrimoLeno Mesh Bags, Opti Mesh Bags, and BreatheWrap Vented Stretch Film. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves working independently to meet sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company's client base. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Market research and client outreach capabilities Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets Experience in the packaging, fresh produce, agriculture, or horticulture industries is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a commission-based role
