Duties Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and regular follow-ups. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns to expand the customer base. Conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Manage territory sales activities efficiently using CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, sales pipelines, and customer interactions. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the client and company while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and drive demand generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and upselling relevant products or services. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals confidently. Expertise in business development strategies, lead generation techniques, and direct sales approaches. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales activities. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Effective communication skills for delivering engaging product demos and conducting technical sales discussions. Ability to perform inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and customer retention efforts.
