Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of wireless phone services, devices, and accessories, while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with Boost Mobile, Metro pcs, Cricket is a plus point

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their wireless needs Explain and sell phone service plans, upgrades, and accessories Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Provide after-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience required (wireless industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer skills and POS knowledge High school diploma or equivalent
