Technical Sales Associate:

Develop quotations for gate products and systemsRespond to product inquiries and follow up on sales leads to secure the orderAssemble and distribute custom submittal packages for pending ordersEnter sales orders and track them through production and deliveryPerform project management for larger projects, monitoring from sale through installationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure clear customer communication.

Work internally to resolve customer service issues, such as quality and delivery issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experienceAbility to read project plans and technical drawingsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work in an environment with constant interruptionsMS Word/Excel required and Salesforce familiarity preferred
