Overview LA Wireless LLC, an authorized Total Wireless retailer, is looking for an ambitious, personable, and dependable sales associate to join our team. This part-time position offers 2-4 days per week, approximately 16-32 hours, with hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Scheduling may include shifts at both our North Tonawanda and Niagara Falls locations , depending on business needs. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at either store are required. You'll help customers choose the right phones, plans, and accessories while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. We're looking for someone who enjoys starting conversations, takes initiative, and is motivated to turn great customer experiences into sales. Responsibilities Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate wireless products and services. Clearly explain plans, pricing, promotions, and device features. Complete activations, assist with device setup, and demonstrate products. Recommend accessories and additional services that meet customers' needs. Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to store performance. Process transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized store, stocked displays, and accurate inventory. Support local outreach, social media efforts, and customer follow-up to help bring business into the store. Use slower periods productively for training, outreach, and store tasks. Follow opening, closing, security, and customer-service procedures. Experience and Qualifications Sales or wireless experience preferred; retail and customer-service experience are also valuable. An outgoing, personable attitude and strong communication skills. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn products, promotions, and sales systems. Comfort using computers, handling payments, and learning POS systems. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at both locations as needed. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule and Training Part-time:

2-4 days per week, approximately 16-32 hours . Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Scheduled days, hours, and store assignments depend on business needs. Training may take place at a different store from your primary assigned location. Compensation Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission , with earning potential based on individual sales performance.
