Job Overview The Technical Development Program (TDP) offers an on-the-job, in-depth training experience. The TDP is a rotation training program exposing the Associate to three technical career opportunities in Industrial Maintenance, Mold Setting, and Process Technician. The Associate gains technical skills through a hands-on training method to build required skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to launch them on a solid technical career path. First 90-days of training provided on 1st shift o 7:00am

• Friday Continued 6 months training
• Associate will be placed in the department that meets the Associate's career needs and goals. o Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift o 2nd shift 3:00pm
