Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools like Salesforce. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical sales support when needed. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Support the management team with territory management efforts, including planning visits and tracking progress toward sales targets. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing contacts, tracking sales activities, and analyzing data. Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
