We are a sales and business consulting firm currently recruiting a Verizon Client Representative for Salem. The Verizon Sales Representative assists leadership with team coordination workflows, maintains strict account operations monitoring, and delivers expert guidance on Verizon's smartphone options. This position involves leadership development within a professional environment dedicated to excellence in cellular technology. As a Verizon Client Representative, your role is to specialize in Verizon's mobile hardware and service plans. The Verizon Client Representative monitors sales metrics, stays proficient in the latest 5G device features and trade-in protocols, and ensures every customer interaction aligns with Verizon's professional brand standards. Role Requirements for a Verizon Client Representative Execute Verizon mobile activations, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy, driving consistent sales growth in the residential market. Develop sales skills under territory leadership, learning workflow coordination, quota management, and strategies to maximize cell phone activations. Support team sales goals by reinforcing coaching techniques, contributing to daily briefings, and maintaining momentum toward Verizon device quotas. Assist in onboarding new associates with training on Verizon compliance, device return policies, and customer account security to strengthen team performance. Handle advanced smartphone and account issues quickly, ensuring customers receive clear solutions that lead to completed activations and upgrades. Analyze sales data and collaborate with Verizon Sales Representatives to align activations and upgrades with Verizon's flagship device launches and promotional campaigns. Demonstrated ability to use sales platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems to manage Verizon mobile accounts, track activations, and ensure compliance accuracy.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
