Wireless Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices and accessories Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Upsell additional services, accessories, or plans to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Supervise or assist with inventory management, stocking, and retail math calculations for accurate stock control Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently Previous retail sales experience, especially in grocery stores or electronics environments, is a plus Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in retail settings Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions Customer service excellence with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers actively Familiarity with merchandising techniques and stock management practices Phone etiquette skills for professional communication over calls and virtual consultations This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on helping others stay connected while developing their sales expertise in a lively retail environment.
