  • Blue Bell, PA Start: January 20th Network Partners Group is seeking motivated early-career professionals with engineering backgrounds and an interest in Life Sciences for our Leadership Program. This hands-on rotational program accelerates your career by providing real-world experience in technical operations, compliance, and digital transformation
  • including remediation work, packaging and labeling changes, and major system rollouts
  • the program begins with 5 weeks of training, then you will be prepared to support our top clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device space!
What You'll Gain:

Who You Are:

Qualifications:

Engineering degree preferred (Biomedical Engineering a plus), Bachelor's or Master's degree Experience can range from December 2026 Graduates to Entry-level Professionals with 2-3 years of Experience Internship experience supporting a Life Sciences company Quality, Validation, Automation, and/or Robotics experience preferred
