Job Description

REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
PREFERRED EDUCATION
  • Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training, or military technical experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hardware testing and troubleshooting.
  • Product testing and validation (V&V).
  • Engineering laboratory support.
  • Mechanical assembly and system maintenance.
  • Technical support in manufacturing, engineering, or laboratory environments.
SUMMARY

Seeking an early-career Technical Support Technician to join its engineering team in Indianola, Pennsylvania. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on technical professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, supporting product testing, and collaborating with engineers on innovative projects.

In this role, you will provide technical support across multiple projects, assist with hardware testing and system upgrades, and contribute to product development activities from concept through validation and verification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Assist with product testing, validation, and verification activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and help identify effective solutions.
  • Package systems and components for domestic and international shipment.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and technical problem-solving initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
