The Senior Technician Support professional will provide advanced technical support across multiple concurrent project teams, with a strong emphasis on Risk Reduction Testing (RRT), Verification & Validation (V&V), Instron testing, and complex technical troubleshooting. Must-Have Domains Verification & Validation (V&V) Testing Engineering Testing & Technical Support Advanced Technical Troubleshooting Core Responsibilities Execute advanced technical activities across multiple projects, with a strong focus on Risk Reduction Testing (RRT), Verification & Validation (V&V), and related engineering testing. Apply analytical and technical tools within a primary discipline such as Mechanical, Quality Assurance, or V&V while contributing effectively within a secondary technical discipline. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems using structured analytical methods and hands-on testing, including Instron testing. Support testing activities from initial concept through V&V and post-validation while ensuring compliance with established protocols and technical requirements. Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers while providing technical guidance, training, mentoring, or coaching when needed. Must-Have Experience Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical problems within a Mechanical, QA, V&V, or related technical discipline. Experience supporting multiple concurrent technical projects, managing priorities, and planning daily activities in a structured engineering environment. Hands-on experience with technical testing, analytical tools, protocol-driven work, and problem resolution. Top 5 Must-Have Technical Skills Verification & Validation (V&V) Testing Risk Reduction Testing (RRT) Instron Testing Advanced Technical Troubleshooting Engineering Test Protocol Execution Education High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or 2-year trade/military school preferred.
