Direct Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh based manufacturer. The right candidate will be a mechanically-inclined self-starter to handle technical inside sales and customer support.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries including pricing, delivery, product applications, order-entry, trouble-shooting field issues and preparing quotations in a timely manner. Ability to work within an MRP system and estimate costs for new products. Project management using a CRM platform Work with others in the organization to ensure customer requirements and issues are addressed promptly.
Job Requirements Requirements:
Technical degree along with prior technical sales experience dealing with product applications, designs, quotations, and service. 'Can do attitude' with willingness to handle heavy workloads and meet deadlines Ability to read and understand drawings along with a solid mechanical aptitude Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient math and business writing skills Technical Solutions Inc. provides a wide range of staffing services throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
