Description Join a team that helps installers around the country find the right home automation/security solution for their next project. We sell exciting home technology like lighting controls, whole-house audio, video surveillance, access control, temperature control and more, then support the field technicians during installation.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service and technical support by phone and email
• Providing product specifications based on customer requirements
• Maintaining website product listings
• Attaining basic knowledge on all product lines and in-depth knowledge on select product lines
• Becoming a product specialist on select product lines
• Participating in Outreach Program to maintain contact and increase sales to existing accounts by watching sales trends (bonus opportunities)
• Opportunity to participate in and host online and in-person trainings Successful candidate will possess:
• Interest in technology
• Professional written and oral communication skills Preference given to candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
• Sales
