In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Appfolio property management software to streamline operations, enhance tenant and owner communications, and optimize administrative workflows. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our property management processes are efficient, accurate, and user-friendly. Responsibilities Manage and configure the Appfolio platform to meet the specific needs of our property management operations Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions for team members and clients to maximize software utilization Assist with onboarding new properties into Appfolio, ensuring seamless data migration and setup Troubleshoot technical issues related to Appfolio, collaborating with support teams when necessary Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system processes, updates, and best practices Support leasing teams with POS (Point of Sale) transactions within the platform and ensure accurate cash handling procedures Conduct regular audits of data accuracy, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and tenant records Skills Extensive experience with Appfolio property management software is essential Strong supervisory skills with experience overseeing teams or projects involving software implementation or training Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly communicate technical information Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases Excellent phone etiquette combined with outstanding customer service skills to assist clients and team members effectively Knowledge of retail sales processes such as upselling, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering enhances service delivery Basic math skills for handling rent calculations, cash transactions, and retail math applications within the platform Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous for understanding customer needs in related contexts Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and foster positive relationships Join us as an Appfolio Expert and become a key player in transforming property management through innovative technology!
